FIBRE CEMENT

Fibre cement is a composite material made of sand, cement and cellulose. This cladding is available in a variety of formats and colours and combined with our substructure allows for both visible and concealed fastening.

HIGH PRESSURE LAMINATE

High pressure laminate (HPL) is composed of resin, impregnated paper layers, a decorative paper layer and clear melamine overlay. These sheets are bonded at high pressure and temperature.
HPL facade panels are often used as cladding material for ventilated facades because of their high quality and durability. Thus, we have developed intelligent systems for visible or concealed fixing of HPL facade panels.

METAL CLADDING MATERIAL

The metal cladding material can be aluminium, stainless steel, copper or steel. These cladding materials are typically fabricated from thin metal sheets.

RENDER

The base for the cladding material is a cement board. After the cement board is installed a layer of render is applied.
Render facades combined with Hilti substructure can manage significant wall irregularities and insulation layers of nearly any thickness. This facade technology ensures excellent sound and thermal insulation and allows for creative designs.

CERAMIC

Ceramics are composed of natural materials such as quartz, clay, granite and ceramic pigments. Ceramic elements in different sizes can be attached both visibly and concealed with the help of Hilti systems.

TERRACOTTA

Terracotta is a clay-based unglazed or glazed ceramic cladding material. The almost unlimited variety of tile sizes, shapes and colours provides great design possibilities. The natural appearance of terracotta facades is attractive for both renovation and new building projects.

STONE

Stone panels are made from natural stone.

COMPOSITE

Composite cladding materials consist of two aluminium layers and a mineral or plastic core.
